At ByBillie we aim to deliver our products to you as fast as possible. If you complete an order before noon, your order will be delivered to you the next working day. If you order after 12pm, you can expect the order 2 days later. This is applicable for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg. Other countries in Europe can take a bit more time.
We will do our best to respect the delivery times indicated above, but we can not be held responsible for any late arrival of a delivery or a package that is lost by third parties or by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. After order confirmation and receipt of the required payment, the goods ordered are delivered to the delivery address as passed by the client. In order to deliver an order the customer could be approached to check the accuracy of the order. This may cause some delay in the delivery. The customer is requested to also include his coordinates while placing the order (phone, fax, e-mail address ...) and make the coordinates available in which he or she can be reached during the day. ByBillie does everything that is possible to reduce any delay. If an order is not delivered within the specified time, an investigation will happen by the carrier, which may take several days. During this period ByBillie can not repay the goods or the shipping. It is important that the user checks the receipt of his or her products and sees if they were delivered in accordance with the order. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in original condition.
