A: When we have made your order, you will receive a tracking number. Can I ask to have a little patience. I am very busy managing a business, a family and a husband ;), so sometimes it takes a little longer to send your items. I also depend on the companies like Bpost, DHL or DPD and they are extremely busy too.
Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A: The moment your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder!
Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: Yes, we send our international orders via DHL, DPD or Bpost. The delivery time depends on the carrier to the final destination, but you can expect an average of between 2 and 3 days for Europe and 1 to 2 days for Belgium.

Q: How do I use my gift card?
A: Very simpel: choose your legging, top or sweater or all of these and at checkout use the code on your voucher. The amount will automatically be reduced by the maount on your voucher. You don't have to use the whole amount at once.
